Meet Diane Gray

Diane has called the Charlotte area home for the past 25 years since relocating from the frozen tundra of the Midwest. After a successful career in sales and time spent raising her children, she found a new path in real estate—and more recently, in the dynamic world of construction.

At Verge, Diane plays a vital role in keeping projects running smoothly behind the scenes. From sourcing and ordering materials to managing deliveries and timelines, she’s the quiet engine behind much of the day-to-day logistics. Her organizational skills and eye for detail help keep crews on track, avoid costly delays, and ensure the right materials show up at the right time even when schedules are tight and supply chains unpredictable.

When she’s not juggling supply runs or coordinating with vendors, Diane enjoys relaxing at her lake house in the mountains, tackling DIY projects, and spending time with her new favorite person—her grandson, Ollie.
