As the Broker-in-Charge at Verge and Verge Property Management, Chuck plays a pivotal role in overseeing the firm’s general brokerage and property management operations. His focus is on ensuring compliance and managing the day-to-day operations to keep the business running smoothly. With years of experience in the Charlotte real estate market, Chuck remains dedicated to guiding his clients through successful transactions, whether they’re buying, selling, or managing investment properties.
Outside of real estate, Chuck has developed new passions in day trading and cryptocurrency investments, channeling his love for strategy and analytics into these ventures. When he’s not keeping up with the markets, he enjoys woodworking and experimenting with new cuisines in the kitchen, always eager to explore different flavors and techniques.
Chuck continues to call Commonwealth Park home, where he shares his life with his loyal rescue dog, Pip, and his partner, Haley. Together, they enjoy the neighborhood’s charm and spend their free time exploring the local scene, trying new restaurants, and finding creative ways to make their home even more special.
